We have prepared 3 coffees of the famed Geisha variety - from Colombia, Ecuador, and Panama.
Arguably the most celebrated variety in specialty coffee, the Geisha/Gesha is known for its floral aromatics, elegant clarity, and complex sweetness reminiscent of citrus and ripe tropical fruit.
Since its introduction to the world in 2004 through Hacienda La Esmeralda and the Peterson family, it has continued to be regarded by many as the pinnacle of coffee cultivation and artistry.

Colombian coffees, renowned for their vibrant flavors, are shaped by the country’s diverse climate, and hand picked by small scale farmers in high altitude regions. Colombia’s coffee culture continues to evolve, pioneering innovative processing methods, while continuing to observe time honored traditions and sustainable farming.

Even in today’s coffee landscape in which modern and experimental processing methods such as co-fermentation and yeast inoculation have become trendy, the classic methods still reign supreme for producers seeking to highlight the innate qualities of a coffee, and coffee lovers who prefer the more subtle and complex flavor profiles imparted by terroir and genetics.

We had so much fun curating an all Ethiopian coffee line up and showcasing why it’s one of our favorite origins. We can’t wait to brew and dance again!

For New Palm’s release of NPAOO-03 “Los Angeles River Tracks,” a 2LP compilation of dub inspired works, we have hand selected 6 coffees from Ethiopia - the birthplace of coffee and the spiritual source of Rastafarianism, which heavily influenced dub’s Jamaican pioneers.
With its rich history of coffee culture and unrivaled diversity of coffees grown within, Ethiopia is an origin revered by many coffee lovers.

For Anemone x Acid Camp, we have hand selected 6 lightly roasted, fruit forward specialty coffees from around the world, showcasing traditional and modern processing methods, varietals, flavor profiles, and origins, which are as varied as musical genres.
The suggested donation amount is well below market price for coffees of this caliber - please feel free to contribute more, as 100% of the proceeds from this pop up will be donated to @youthonroot .
