Our latest Art of Sound lands in Bali, where beyond the beaches lies one of the best audiophile clubs in the world.
Created by DJ Harvey, legendary audio engineer George Stavro and architects OMA, its bespoke quad-stack system renders music in ultra-high definition.
“I didn’t design that room to just look nice,” @djharveygeneralsstore told RA. “I designed it to sound nice.”
Here, there’s no need for earplugs or yelling on the dance floor; the sound arrives pristine as is. The only ask? You fully submit to the discotheque.

90 minutes of blissful, sun-soaked house from essential UK producer duo @thetriplondon .
For a certain type of DJ, a record from The Trip is a buy-on-sight proposition. Since their first release in 2020, Oliver Hiam and Max van Dijk have locked into a very particular sweet spot: big, emotional dance music with enough drive to lift a festival crowd, but still carrying all the nuance and emotional pull of the best '90s club records.
It comes from years on both sides of the booth. Long before they became a hot-shot producer duo, Hiam and van Dijk were promoters first, hosting parties and DJing at Corsica Studios under the Tessellate banner for more than a decade.
Think of RA.1038 as a marker for the start of summer: packed with bongo drums, piano breakdowns and the occasional surprise (at one point, you might even hear what sounds like a dolphin sample). It hits that sweet spot for outdoor dancing: light, playful and just euphoric enough.

@thecauselondon continues its evolution with the opening of @vittoriawharfstudio , a secluded loft space in Hackney Wick. The move marks a significant return for the team, who previously used the same site for their London Loft Party series nearly a decade ago. Now, it's established as a permanent, 200-capacity home for the capital’s grassroots underground.

We headed to SEVEN’s new IRL community space and store in Berlin.
Founded by CRYME and Glenn Elliott, the queer label and management platform works with artists across house and techno, including @cinthie_dj , @rozaterenzi , @jakojako_live and MCR-T (@kolegajj ).
Part record store, part community hub, the new space brings together vinyl, DJ gear, record repairs, merch and in-store sessions, all under one roof.

Situated across multiple venues in The Hague, Rewire's a famously forward-thinking and genre-bending music festival filled with exciting acts.

The programme launches with a free one-day seminar and masterclass event on Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 160 Dalston Studios, London.
