Thoughtful refinement can be as impactful as a complete redesign At @cicoriabyangelahartnett , the latest restaurant from Michelin-starred chef @angelacooking our approach to lighting was rooted in refinement rather than reinvention. Working alongside @russellsagestudio , we developed a scheme that builds on what was already there, introducing a more layered, human-scale experience that enhances Angela’s vision and spacial narrative Rather than overhaul, our lighting scheme focuses on precise, strategic refinements, bringing light down to human level, enhancing texture and improving visual comfort across the space See how the scheme comes together in our latest project feature, link in the bio 📸 @johncareyphoto #LightingDesign #HospitalityLighting #Cicoria

Lighting can quietly reshape the way a museum tells its story We are proud to announce the completion of our lighting design for the newly transformed @cornwall_museum in Truro, England While working together with @wignallandmoore , this renovation was about reimagining familiar spaces, using light to enhance storytelling and bring collections into sharper focus Our lighting design spans the Mineral Gallery, Heart of Cornwall, Nature Galleries, and the new upper-level art gallery, balancing sensitivity to historic architecture with contemporary techniques. The scheme introduces drama, clarity, and atmosphere to support the visitor experience Lighting is often overlooked, yet it defines how we connect with spaces and collections. Enhancing Exhibition Storytelling with Precision Illumination We are delighted to share our work on Dress Codes, a new exhibition at Kensington Palace, curated by Historic Royal Palaces. This exhibition explores the role of fashion in self-expression, power, and identity; brought to life through considered exhibition design, graphics, and lighting. Our role was to create a lighting scheme that balances clarity and conservation, ensuring delicate historical garments and objects are beautifully illuminated while remaining protected under strict conservation lighting levels. Achieving the right balance between impactful storytelling and conservation requirements took careful fine-tuning. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a talented team to bring this exhibition to life.
