I know it’s long overdue but I’ve been wanting to let my feelings sink in properly before expressing much here, yet Irradiated came out a month ago and I’m still overwhelmed by the response to it. The making of this record last February was a frantic journey of self-discovery and observation, where things that I’m never going to be able to put into words I was capable of composing with sound. I feel I know me and the world a lot less, in the good way. I am very happy the possibility exists that I can make music with the potential to travel so far and mean something to someone. From seeing how it’s touched strangers on the other side of the world that I would have never imagined, as well as artists who I look up to, and most importantly my loved ones. This makes me more excited than ever to keep going. Deepest thank you to everyone who has listened, purchased, or written about it. And the deepest thank you to @appendix.files for the home, @lukasgrd for the technical wisdom, @apepit for the porcelain wizardry on the artwork and the friends and collaborators who saw something in it and pushed me forward.
