Today I felt that I can break haha, this was hard.😂 But I'm still alive to post .
I did 2 versions , so decide Wich one you like more :) The second one I used a wheel and you can see in the 3rd picture that I can't bend a lot.
Moving your spine in all directions is important for physical, mental, and even emotional health! Let’s bend together for resilience, flexibility, and mobility!

I don’t often post reels about my practice, but sometimes there are things that truly work. Navasana has always been a difficult pose for me when it comes to maintaining balance, but since I started working more on my core strength, finding stability in this pose has become easier. There’s still a long way to go, but I’m happy with every step of the journey.

Sometimes you may see my photos in other places, but it’s here, in my little room, that I find my peace. Ever since I started practicing yoga, I always wanted to leave the middle of the living room, where people could walk by at any moment and literally disturb me.
Last year, I finally got this little corner of mine, with my plants, my office space, my yoga mat, and so many other little things that make it special. When I’m playing my guitar here, I’m at peace. When I’m painting a canvas, I’m at peace.
Many times, I’m too tired to practice any asana during the day, so before going to sleep, this is what I do: I sit on my mat and practice pranayama, because I know the benefits it brings me.
On International Day of Living Together in Peace, we celebrate harmony, respect, and connection.
For the day, your challenge is simple:
👉 Create or choose a yoga pose or short flow (3–5 movements) that brings you a feeling of peace.
Or anything that what and why it makes you feel peaceful ?
