✨Set your phone on the floor or up on one block
✨Warm up those shoulders, straddle & lotus leg
✨ Bring your straddle foot a little bit further forward than you think it needs to be (to hide the lotus leg)
✨Point or FLOINT that straddle foot
✨Bring the prayer hands closer to your head than you think they need to be to get that vertical, or just move them forward and back (like me) to find the magic spot
✨ Most importantly, 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 OR just show us what you got & forget all the picky details!

@gidiboho_sports asked me to do an HONEST review of their products. They even made it a point to emphasis the honest part and I really liked that they seeked honesty so much. So when they asked for my help, I couldn't say no.
I was so very pleased with their product. The set feels like it will last a lifetime. Fabric is on point and the stitching is extremely well done. I only suggest a larger variety of color options. I share this for those of you out there who are thinking there has to be more to life than the bottle. Let me tell you , it's so much greener on the other side.
I was never just a social drinker, I could never just have one. I would always go all in. I got so bad I needed it morning, noon, and night. It didn't matter. It was slowing destroying my body, and eventually landed me in the hospital. It caused me to lose friends, a job, and my self-respect.

Ok so I did the work. I tried this shape so many times on both sides. It was like drill work y'all 😂 Some I had some hang time in...some I didn't. I got my best shots on each side. I noticed I couldn't get the compression as well with my left leg due to my injury....still🙄. But my other side didn't do too bad. Nothing quite like what I saw Laura @lauracresciyoga do.
