My latest @thelotradio set is on the interwebs—— Tested out some new, some old, & channeled a certain spooky, drummy, sub-bassy je ne sais quoi that comes with the plummeting temperatures and shortening days.
Thank you to my dear friends @framework______ for the invite - this set was at first a mental battle with myself, but I think I came out the victor ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Snippets from baby’s 1st first lil indie game: “Portal Hopping For a Better Time”
A couple of months ago I took a 10 week art video game design class called Agential Worldbuilding with @sfpc.study@viktortimofeev - I’m finally sharing the final product of many hours of study, practice, failure, & success- a peek inside my brain
“Portal Hopping For a Better Time” is about trapping yourself in a dream of something better than what you have now. It’s about choices, agency. Interpret that as you will. My therapist played it and psychoanalysed the heck out of me
I wasn’t exactly interested in (or capable of) creating the most technically impressive thing- it was about the back-rooms coded lofi mood && the synergy between the spaces and the sounds within it.
All of the music used in the game are from the @yolabmi album ‘Hydra’ off of @29speedway - been a big fan of that album since it was released but I heard the music so differently when contextualized spatially. Thanks to Yolabmi for providing the soundscape to this creepy little game x

Late Copenhagen recap - had the bestest time a few weeks ago in CPH with my brutha @dj__jm . We played music, we laughed, we strolled… Always love bringing a bit of nyc chaos to Northern Europe *shrug* Thank you to the crew at @baggenkbh for having us for a rowdy & fun night & big thanks to Mantas & @alfredobenutti for playing alongside me with ur big tunes & hearts
Also shoutout to diva @serenaclho & @josephinebouisset for approaching me after my set to invite me to do a fitting at the studio - Serena’s clothes were absolutely stunning. big meetcute euro moment :)
