3,4 One lovely little neighbourhood bakery @olafbrood Nice blue themes
5,6 @counter.ams , creating a community + doing things at an unreal price (main + 2 sides for €10)
7,8 @laitdechoco hand making chocolates + whipped up ice cream in a beaut interior
9, Was told @4850nl cinnamon buns were the best in the city. Hard to agree without trying more but it was a good one
10, 11 Had one heck of an almond croissant at @layers.bkry
12, 13 A fruit cup at @dakcoffeeroasters . Another solo seat very much enjoyed

No space? No problem. @Mat_Buckets is back, this time showing off the work of designer Natalia Gwiżdż (@gwizdz.natalia ). This bright yellow Tag Table was made in response to the lack of space that cafes, bars and restaurants can have at busier times. With its design inspired by street art forms, it’s just what you need to stoop it up around the city.

George Costanza gets dressed based on mood, I’m here getting dressed based on paintings. Finally got the @3sixteen denims back from the tailors; @rivetandhide (pr item ad) got them bang on. 30.5” seems like like a sweet spot for me; not too short not too long.

Nearly five months into the year and I feel I haven’t got going yet. There’s been busy weeks and quiet ones, the past one has been a nice reminder that I don’t need to be somewhere else all the time. No rush is there?
Somewhere in the week I’ll be wearing these @3sixteen selvedge denim, a relaxed straight fit (RS-100x). After having them hemmed up about 2.5 inches at @rivetandhide they fit a treat, but more importantly they have a nice higher rise AND the back pockets aren’t chasing my knees
After having them for around 16 months I’m toying getting a second pair, leaving a little extra length this time. Nods to @andrew3sixteen + @willhalbert
A new addition to the routine, @victorinox.unitedkingdom Concept One Solar (ad). How we use our time is something I’ve thought about a lot this year, without structure + listening to my body I’ve realised I’m setting myself up to fail. Concept One Solar, a watch which harnesses both sun + indoor light, sits quietly within an typical day
I’ve worked with Victorinox for a few years now, they’ve welcomed me into their world and in the process have gained a deeper appreciation for the brand’s commitment to preparation and innovation. Maybe a factory tour next?
