Spring arrived. Here’s the last three creations of our 12-piece bundle Reverie Garden with hints of fruit.
N12. Chilli spice, pumpkin seed butter, pomegranate. Warmth with edge. Heat held in balance. Made for evening walks with lovers when the day is already disappearing.
N10. Peppermint, cherry. Clean cool tension. First bright, then quiet. It stays longer than expected and leaves without noise.
N11. Ginger sunflower toffee, blueberry. Once questioned, now kept. A composition that moves from surprise into familiarity and then into lingering memory.

An oval. Simple, but not accidental.
It carries the feeling of an egg, the possibility of life beginning.
Across cultures, eggs hold the same meaning.
Here, shape becomes a shared language. Birth, new beginnings and new cycles.
We chose the oval as our signature chocolate for that reason. In every piece, we root, we revitalize and we remember. If nurtured, we grow.
This spring, we encourage a return to ourselves and the regeneration of who we are becoming.
Roll Review #105: Amalia Hadjparvaneh @liatalei
For this week’s instalment of the Aa Roll Review we stepped into the world of Amalia Hadjparvaneh, founder of @laitdechoco , whose creations sit somewhere between chocolate, memory and storytelling.
Founded in 2020, Lait de Choco grew out of Amalia’s lifelong fascination with flavour and feeling. Rooted in her Iranian heritage, her chocolates are fragrant, layered and deeply personal. Each piece carries traces of nostalgia and sensory memory, turning what could simply be a sweet treat into something far more emotional. From a tiny kitchen setup to collaborations with celebrated brands, her craft has steadily grown in scale and resonance, earning her a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list along the way.
Now, the story enters a new chapter. Amalia is preparing to open Lait de Choco’s first chocolate boutique in Amsterdam, a moment she describes as both freeing and challenging. Creative freedom, she says, often comes with waves of discomfort, but that tension is also where the beauty lies.
Over the past year she has found more peace in grounding herself through routine and perspective, learning that much of our reality is shaped by the thoughts and decisions we return to every day. At the centre of it all sits a simple philosophy: empathy, towards yourself and others.
Swipe to step into Amalia’s delicious world.
A soft crack of shell and everything awakens. I’ve watched buildings collapse and eggs hatch. I’ve seen those loved and loving, lovingly hold hands. It is a world of many and I still dream to see chocolate by the plenty.
A landscape of expression.
Our chocolate is for intuition. For ignition. For imagination. For feelings.
What screams, is always on the inside.
A day late, perhaps. But appreciation should never be limited to a single day.
