three days after my 30th birthday (and two days after my aquarius sister paris’ 45th), i found myself soaking wet from the pouring rain and standing in the foyer of a historical home in beverly hills, with the sound of one of the most iconic pop songs of the 21st century echoing through the halls. i followed the music to a room full of floor to ceiling windows, overlooking laurel canyon. like something out of a hollywood movie, the clouds parted, the sun began to shine, and i bore witness to the magical moment captured on film here.
