500 BOURKE EVENT SPACE & TERRACE Earlier this year, our team at @alpha.pcm delivered a beautiful new event space and terrace at 500 Bourke St for our client @isptproperty right in the heart of Melbourne’s legal precinct. With sweeping views of the heritage-listed Supreme Court, this elevated space brings together bold architecture and a calm, open feel. šŸ“380 ST KILDA ROAD - Level 8 Spec Suites Located at the city end of St Kilda Road, directly opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens, Mirvac's 380 St Kilda Road is a landmark A-grade commercial office building spanning 15 levels. We were proud to deliver a number of spec suites throughout the building, with the Level 8 suites standing out for their thoughtful design and meaningful connection to place. The designs by @chad_and_wick honouring the Army, Navy, and Airforce, was a unique response to the building’s proximity to the Shrine of Remembrance, making these suites truly one of a kind. RIVERSIDE QUAY END OF TRIP Situated within the shared basement of the four building office portfolio in their existing Riverside Quay (RSQ) precinct, Mirvac sought to improve these assets by upgrading the End of Trip facilities and other basement works. The project was undertaken in various stages, while maintaining the use of the existing EOT facilities and amenities. Coordination with existing retail and commercial tenant dry and cold storage facilities was also key to the successful logistical exercise of retaining business operations throughout. 500 BOURKE REDEVELOPMENT We were beyond proud to team up with @isptproperty to help bring new life to 500 Bourke St - an unforgettable, once-in-a-generation project right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Spanning 36 storeys and completed over four years, this landmark refurbishment stayed true to its original form, with a bold decision to retain the existing structure. CANCER COUNCIL VICTORIA OFFICE FITOUT Following the realisation of some of their property assets in Carlton, Cancer Council Victoria subsequently leased an office building at 615 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne engaging AlphaPCM to deliver an 8,500sqm building refurbishment and office fitout. The project was undertaken over a fast tracked 10 week period with a staged transition. The state of the art workplace environment included 6 floors of workstation areas, high end breakout spaces, amenities upgrade, as well as the full lift and lobby refurbishments to all levels. In addition to the workplace areas, a public atrium area, heritage pump house, retail store, café, and reception/ waiting area were also delivered.
