This song started long before I knew what it would become.
I Am Done was my first ever song, written a while ago , not in the middle of heartbreak, but later, when I was more grounded, happier, and able to look back at past relationships and situationships with clarity rather than emotion.
What stayed with me wasn’t the pain, but the understanding that came after it. That growth, that awareness, became the foundation of this song.
I don’t see those experiences as mistakes. They shaped who I am now and they gave this song its voice.
