We’re incredibly proud to be supporting the Good Friday Appeal home alongside our valued client @henley_homes 🙌🏡
At Intrax, our Housing team has delivered comprehensive residential engineering and site investigation services to help bring this year’s charity home to life, ensuring strong foundations (literally) for a home built with heart.
Introducing the Lancaster 440 D47 with the striking Monroe façade. Located in Alamora and developed by Villawood Properties, this stunning family home overlooks tranquil wetlands and sits moments from the resort-style Club Alamora facilities. It’s a standout in design, lifestyle and purpose.
📍 73 Resort Blvd, Alamora, Tarneit 🕚 Open for inspections: Saturdays & Sundays 11am–12pm Wednesdays 6pm–7pm
Most importantly it’s all for an extraordinary cause. The home will go under the hammer on Good Friday with no reserve, and 100% of proceeds will support The Royal Children's Hospital 💛
Every dollar raised funds critical care, research, equipment and vital support services for Victorian children and their families.
We’re honoured to play our part behind the scenes — collaborating across residential engineering and geotechnical investigation services to support outcomes that go far beyond construction. Thank you to all who have contributed.

Project Spotlight | Arthurs Seat Landslide Risk Assessment
Intrax was recently engaged to assess the landslide risk at Arthurs Seat, Victoria, in the development of plans for a hillside luge. Our Geotechnical Engineering team conducted a comprehensive site investigation and risk report to help guide safety decisions for the project.
We’re proud to see Associate Geotechnical Engineer Joseph McPherson featured in recent news coverage, providing critical insights into the site’s stability and assessment findings.
Our assessment concluded that, with the recommended controls in place, the landslide risk associated with the proposed development is tolerable. At Intrax, we’re committed to delivering trusted, data-driven solutions that keep people and places safe.
Intrax is proud to provide the expert advice and engineering insights that help protect people, property and the environment.

Intrax Forensic team recently conducted a forensic assessment of a residential property.
Our investigation revealed that the roof collapse was the result of progressive failure in the framing members and their connections over time — reaching a stage whereby the structural loads could no longer be adequately redistributed and withstood, ultimately triggering a progressive (or disproportionate) collapse. Notably, the timing of recently installed solar panels coincided with the progressive collapse that occurred shortly thereafter.
In such scenarios, a small, localised failure can set off a chain reaction, much like a domino effect, causing a much larger portion of the structure to give way.
Forensic engineering helps uncover the why behind structural failures — turning complex collapses into lessons for future prevention.
