Continuing the posting backlog… back in March I thought this was going to be a multi-cam shoot, but the day before there was a change of plan and it became a one-shot film of a performance by @inreverse.wav .
After a run of the 3 sections I’d tried to plan and memorise a route in amongst the kit that showed @madwilling and @athenavarioso as they moved from instrument to instrument. Then just the performance was an arm-wrecking 34 minutes with the gimbal trying to remember the plan… the whole thing is at:

Shot at @brittenpears with Geoff on lighting, mix and master by Nic Nell @casuallyhere , produced by @sofi.nwll and graded by koenigmark.
BTS stills from “Unremembered” featuring 3 harmonographs (the pattern-making sand pendulums), 3 dancers and visual vernacular / BSL.
Watch the film on @christosquier ’s pinned posts. Full credits there too, and in my photo tags.
Filmed at @earthackney May 2022.
Couple of film pics from a behind-the-scenes shoot for a computer game soundtrack recording for @stagecasters . @dralmal ’s magic fingers on the glass harmonica and harp. #ilfordhp5 pushed and extra fun trying to time the #minoltaxd5 slapping shutter sound to not wreck the session.

Live streamed masterclass at Aldeburgh Festival, nice to have front row seats for this one with @appleandbiscuit and @mothercutter . It’s still on the @brittenpearsarts YouTube channel for another week to watch back - Roderick Williams makes it entertaining as well as educating and the performers are brilliant too.
Two years ago today I was filming interviews of all the composers on the @londonsymphonyorchestra ’s Panufnik Scheme while they had their pieces recorded. I took some photos in the break of the super-covid-safe session. Thanks to my phone for popping them up today and reminding me to post some.
