Photo drop from ISE's busy weekend. We kicked off Friday night with an interview with Allyn Quigley recently awarded an IFTA for Best Editing for Christy. There was lively discussions with host, committee member Eoin McGuirk while Allyn shared valuable insights into his work as an editor and also as a director. On Saturday ISE were out early at Access All Areas: DIFF 2026. This is a yearly careers event for young peole aged, presented by Dublin International Film Festival at the Lighthouse cinema, including screenings, panel discussions and industry stalls. Thanks to Jake Murray,lsh, Laura Briggs, Annie Walsh, Jeremy Briers and Breege Rowley for sharing their insights to a career as an editor.

Damian McCarthy’s (Oddity, Caveat) new film HOKUM is released in cinemas on 1st May by NEON. The film has its World Premiere at this year’s SXSW on 14th March.
