Heart broken to hear of Dolores Keane's passing. I had the amazing experience and privilege of spending quite a bit of time at home with her, filming a documentary. I took this photo of her at the end of a day's filming. As conscious as she was of her appearance after some years of difficulty and treatment for cancer, she thanked me for the honesty and intensity of the photo. I replied "But that's you Dolores". The wit of her tongue, the warmth of her heart and depth of her humanity were immense. Codladh sámh Dolores.

Double up! Another winner at the Celtic Media Festival. I’m so honored to have filmed the drama elements to this hugely important, definitive 3 part documentary series about the terrible fire in the Stardust nightclub which killed 48 young people on St. Valentine’s night, 1981. Huge congrats to director Máire Kearney and editor Ray Roantree.
Yet another award for One Night In Millstreet, Best Sports Feature Documentary at the Celtic Media Festival. Delighted to have filmed it and huge congrats to our leader Director Andrew Gallimore and editor Eoin McDonagh. @eoinmcdon #zeisslenses #stevecollins #chriseubank
