Very proud to share this short documentary I produced and directed in close collaboration with Rachel Lowe, head of the Global Health Resilience Group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center @bsc_cns , commissioned by Felipe J Colón-González and Isabel Fletcher at @wellcometrust From the heart of the Amazon to one of the worlds fastest computer, the project explores innovative solutions to address infectious diseases driven by extreme climate events, environmental degradation, and socio-economic inequality. 🌎 🎬 🦟 🇧🇷 🇨🇴 By combining satellite data, seasonal climate forecasts, and advanced computing with local knowledge, Harmonize interdisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and community organisations is creating practical, easy-to-use digital tools to track and predict disease outbreaks. The goal is to give policymakers clear, actionable information to strengthen health systems, build climate resilience, and reduce the impact of vector-borne diseases. Very proud that Trust: Overcoming Mistrust in Health Research has been officially selected for the Activists Without Borders Film Festival (UK) @activistswithoutborders and received an Honorary Award for Efforts in Social Filmmaking 🙏🏽🙏🏽✨ Created with over 30 community and health expert contributors, across 7 NHS Trusts and a GP research facility, Trust explores the vital relationship between trust and health research. It explores historical abuses and systemic injustices that shape deep mistrust, and highlights how health inequity driven by poor research inclusion isn’t just a matter of social justice — it’s bad science. Filmed in part at the incredible Tavares Strachan ‘There Is Light Somewhere’ exhibition at the @hayward.gallery @southbankcentre Produced by @spiritedpics for the @nihr_research NIHR Research Delivery Network Filmmaking, Visual Direction, Editing & Grading: @mrrichardking & @jeromemonnot Director: Keerti Gedela Grateful to our amazing contributors who shared their stories and helped bring this film to be a vital tool for change. #TrustFilm #SocialFilmmaking #HealthEquity #PublicEngagement #NIHR #IndependentFilm #SpiritedProductions #DocumentaryFilm #FilmmakingForChange #HarrietTubman #HenriettaLacks

This year, we answered @ladydangfua Trans & Conditions call to the @circa.art 20:25 Manifesto, REFUGIA — to put our message boldly on the Piccadilly Lights @piccadillylights - screaming with reverence that trans rights are human rights, and that our public culture must carry public care and safety for all. Although refuge is fragile, and safety a privilege in our world, we celebrate beauty and fight, always, for peace and human rights. It didn’t make the Lights, but together we made a small, very beautiful film: SAFE — a poetic act of presence, resistance, joy, and vulnerability, made by and within trans, queer, and non-binary lives. Set to a poem ‘Safe’ by Jason Potts, with music by @margomool , we filmed on the streets of Soho, inside our service @56deanstreetofficial , @56tsoho and at @kubarlondon & @sacred.grounds.soho — who welcomed us with such generosity. We felt powerful, reclaiming Soho’s public light as a space for belonging, protest and unapologetic life. After some community screenings, we can’t wait to share it with you. CREDITS

Step into the world of Korean-born, London-based artist Do Ho Suh, whose deeply personal and visually striking works explore what it means to belong. In this exhibition, Suh reflects on the idea of home—not just as a physical place, but as a feeling shaped by memory, identity, and movement. Produced, shot and edited by 🙋🏻‍♂️for @tate Assistant @romain.beck Until 26 October 2025

Humbled to meet poet, musician, painter, and performance artist Arahmaniani at Tate a few weeks ago while filming her piece Burning Country. Listening to her speak about her decades of activism and her commitment to denouncing racially motivated violence, environmental challenges, social injustice, and women’s rights in Indonesia was profoundly moving. And how these issues are deeply intertwined with capitalism. The daughter of an Islamic scholar father and a Javanese Hindu-Buddhist mother, her message of peace transcends the borders of her homeland. In Arabic, “Arahma” means “loving”, and “iani” is derived from the Hindi word for “human being” Produced and directed by Aya Kaido and @tate Shot by 🙋🏻‍♂️
