Earlier this month, our Community Queen Trae Holiday (@traeholiday ) helped facilitate a panel at Self-Made Couture hosted by Fashion Group International. The event aimed to bring people from across the Seattle fashion scene together to connect over their love of great clothing and design. Holiday played a key role in fostering those connections, leading discussion and connecting the community. “I’m glad I got to help facilitate a group discussion that allowed folks to find some commonalities by learning more about what’s important to them,” holiday said. “Be on the lookout for @fgiseattle as they bring more events your way.” Self-Made Couture (@selfmade.couture ) is a Black-owned business located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill which creates custom luxury clothing for their clients.
