The evening was a testament to the power of creativity, collaboration and the dedication of so many creative spirits in our industry. I am continually inspired to work alongside people who understand the power of beauty in helping others feel seen and valued. I am also fortunate to be empowered by some of the most incredible visionaries at @esteelaudercompanies who have stood me up with them on this almost 20-year journey across our many iconic brands.

There’s nothing like a hockey tournament in Lake Placid, especially in an Olympic year, to remind you why hockey has always been more than a game.
Both Trey and Evelyn’s teams came home with gold, but the experiences off the ice meant far more.
@cranfordhockey pulled off an incredible weekend for the entire club and truly raised the bar on what the youth hockey experience is about.
So proud of these kids and this community.

Last year Charlie said she “knew it was too late, but wanted to try ballet.” Broke my heart to think that at 11, she felt it was too late. No dream should ever feel out of reach that young. Thanks to @adrienne_niemczyk , we found @yvettedance_studio , a place that opened its arms and showed Charlie that beginnings can happen at any age. They nurtured not just her technique, but her joy, the way her whole spirit lifts when she dances.
I was never a dancer, so watching her fall in love with this art, work tirelessly and grow with such grace has been one of the great privileges of motherhood.
Beyond proud to watch her and all the incredible dancers at @movingyouthdance perform this weekend. 🩰🎄
Three days in paradise at @hotelesencia proved again the hilarity and heart of this crew are a treasure. Cheers to Matt and @adriennepappas for making possible the moments I’ll replay forever. 🤍🌴✨
Nantucket holds so much magic for our family, but none greater than marking your milestones here. Fourteen looks good on you, Trey — our firstborn with a heart of gold and a smile that anchors so many of memories we’ve made here. What a gift it is to watch you grow. 💙

This moment wasn’t about recognition, it was about reflection - on every challenge that shaped me, every woman who championed me and every brand moment that reminded me why I love what I do. Success is more powerful when it’s shared - and this honor is truly shared with the people I work with who inspire me, walk along side me and lift me up every single day. And nothing made this moment more meaningful than to have my family in the room-my heart and force behind everything I do. 🥹✨
