@athenacalderone found her eye and laid the groundwork for her interior design career out East. It all started with the Springs home she purchased in 2008, which has become an eternal font of inspiration, a design playground for the @eyeswoon founder. “Our place out East is the one constant we can’t live without,” she tells @mr.lee.carter in a profile for CULTURED’s first Hamptons issue of the season. “It’s the center of our family.”  Editor-in-Chief @sarahgharrelson tapped the lifestyle guru to be the issue’s guest interiors editor, curating a selection of conversations and deep dives with designers and architects inspired by the East End’s creative ecosystem. Over the next week, we’ll be sharing each of these stories, which speak to the magic of designing for one of the country’s most fabled landscapes.
