ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: @caruti_dj We return to @theloveinnbristol with @brogan__dj and @caruti_dj 🪂 TOMORROW! Early birds sold out - don’t sleep 🤫 Thursday 12 February 10-3 🎟️ £5.50 adv (🔗 in bio) We first crossed paths with @caruti_dj at our summer party with the @hunz_fm last year. She is a key part of one of the strongest and most forward moving crews in Bristol right now, a group who continue to set the pace in the city’s underground scene and consistently push things in the right direction. Her recent move into a darker, moodier sound still draws naturally from the wider world of UK dance music, bringing a clear sense of identity without losing sight of what works on a dancefloor. She will be closing the night for us this Thursday. A perfect way to round things off and a chance to hear where she is taking her sound next. Trust Ex resident lanky lads @glancesmusic will be warming it up beforehand. We can’t wait to see you front left, let’s have it!

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: @brogan__dj Just under a week till we return to @theloveinnbristol with @brogan__dj and @caruti_dj 🪂 Thursday 12 February 10-3.00 🎟️£5.50 adv (🔗 in bio) @brogan__dj is a long time member of the Trust Ex family. A familiar face on a Trust dancefloor, we’ve spent years dancing front left with her in basements, festivals and after parties, all so it’s an absolute pleasure to invite her into the booth for a 2 hour session. Capable of threading together disparate styles without ever losing sight of the dancefloor, she’s quickly established herself as a name to watch, holding down a killer residency on @avalonrhythms and guesting on @noodsradio - and we’re sure there’s plenty more to come.

Pairing members from each collective, each duo brings their own approach creating an afternoon of ideas and connections. 🏌️‍♂️Better late than never - thanks to everyone who came down to our party at the @bristol_beacon last month! Pulling this one together was a rollercoaster (to say the least), but the stars aligned on the night. Love to all the dancers for locking in and staying with us through the sonic left turns. Things felt intentional on the dancefloor 🎛️ @sophieered_dj played the perfect warm up set, threading a rhythmic pulse through dubby soundscapes without breaking a sweat. @p_narm might just have the best live set in the UK?! Future facing bass pressure that tested the head tops. @dj_2button and @_georg_i_ delivered chaos and euphoria in equal measure, running through prog to EBM (via piano house) to take us home. ❤️A huge thank you has to go the Bristol Beacon front of house and tech team for delivering crispy sound and good vibes on the door. Plans are afoot for the next dances - we’ll see you again soon!

⚡️Just one more sleep before we take over the @bristol_beacon Cellars! @dj_2button and @_georg_i_ have released some brand new music for you to get stuck into ahead of Saturday night. 🌀dj_2button and georg-i have come together in the studio to create ‘Heart Keeps On (georg-i’s Endlessly Searching Mix)’, a genre-defying, peak time edit of a track from 2button’s forthcoming debut album, released on @weirdos_inc.records - in their own words: “it’s a 10 min journey through the emotions of heartbreak and blah blah. Just give it a listen!” 🔋georg-i is also releasing the debut EP on @sub.glow , the new label from multi deck sorcerer @ccl_url .
