Running it back with the best group of brand ambassadors in South Texas. Team SMSB is stacked with vets whoāve been rocking with me for multiple years, plus a few new additions bringing something fresh to the table in 2026.
This squad of movers will act as an extension of the @asics brand, inspiring their communities to move their bodies and minds while working collectively with me across the territory. This team means a lot to me in this role, and Iām grateful for the opportunity to build alongside them.

nearly 3 years ago, we were standing outside fluffyās chicken and fish after giving a team one monthās notice to run with me from dallas to austin.
240 miles for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
to this day, itās still one of the greatest asks iāve ever made.
and i donāt regret it at all.
because every mile since then has carried a story.
every runner has carried a reason.
every person who showed up helped turn pain into purpose.
thank you to everyone who has ever checked on their strong friend.
we would not be standing here without you.
now weāre getting ready to send off another team.
another set of stories to to inspire action and possibilities.
another reminder that there is still something worth fighting for.

This relay is part of The Art of Doing Something About It, our commitment to promoting mental health awareness, supporting suicide prevention, and showing people they are never alone.

Gel-Kayano 33 is here! šš¼
I was a big fan of the previous iteration of the kayano, using it mainly for recovery runs and lifting.
The 33rd is improved with a new midsole, new stability feature, and is 2 grams lighter! The feel is much softer on foot which moves this shoe into the daily training category with the FFBlast Max.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out and made our grand reopening such a fun and memorable night. We loved getting to celebrate this new chapter with our community and fill the new space with so much energy.

Earth Month 2026 š
With Earth Month coming to a close, so goes the asics run for reforestation challenge. With that in mind, I wanted to highlight the efforts of the @asics Sound Mind Sound Body Team.
The team has 140 total ambassadors across the United States. By wearing asics shoes, we have avoided a total of 13,209 KG CO2eā»ļø
What is that equivalent to? Thatās equates to 33,638 miles driven by an average gasoline powered passenger vehicle! For reference, the earthās circumference is 24,901 miles at the equator.
The SMSB team has literally saved enough carbon to circle the globe and than some ššš

Such a great time bringing the team together from across the greater Houston area for some team building and to celebrate an even stronger partnership.
