I CAN’T RUN RIGHT NOW, SO…
a series based on practicing what you speak.
my journey during 6 weeks of physical therapy to inspire action and possibility.
we can read, like, & share quotes all day, but it’s through living them that we discover what’s inside of us.
may you find hope and encouragement for your mental, physical, and spiritual health through these honest moments.

i cant run so I might start djing. so much love & affection. wouldn’t be possible without grace & humans. wouldn’t be possible without my partner and the medics. wouldn’t be possible without my friends who are more talented than me. wouldn’t be possible without all the forgiveness over aesthetics. wouldn’t be possible. keep going.

during the pandemic, in a state of depression, i wrote a version of this life in my journal before i ever got to live it.
back then it felt like hope.
now it feels like proof.
Some people come into your life and push you further than you would have gone on your own. @taylorgotmarathons has been that kind of person for me.
He was one of the first people to say less when we had no idea what we were doing. Most days, we still don’t. But he keeps showing up, keeps believing, and like he said recently, he just keeps saying more.
I’m grateful we get to share his story because I know it’s going to help people.
This is about normalizing hard conversations, creating space for people to feel seen, and reminding people they are not alone in what they carry.
