7 DAYS OUT. In one week, our Year 3 relay team takes off from Dallas to Austin. 240 miles. 12 runners. One mission. To inspire action and possibility through the power of shared stories. This relay is part of The Art of Doing Something About It, our commitment to promoting mental health awareness, supporting suicide prevention, and showing people they are never alone. Before the team hits the road, we’re coming together for one night to send them off with the love, energy, and support they’ll carry all the way to Austin. Join us at @fleetfeetdfw on Mockingbird for the Year 3 Relay Send Off powered by @fleetfeetdfw , @kuroathletics , @asics , and @currex.insoles . Family, friends, runners, supporters, and anyone interested in the mission is welcome. RSVP through the link in bio. For those who keep going.

Partnerships mean more when they serve the mission. This year, @shokzusa is supporting our entire Year 3 relay team with headphones for the road from Dallas to Austin. For 240 miles, our runners need to stay locked in while staying aware of what’s around them. That’s what makes this partnership feel so aligned. Shokz creates open-ear headphones built to help athletes stay connected, moving, and aware. Sayless Projects exists to inspire action and possibility through the power of shared stories. Shokz is helping our runners carry those stories forward, one mile at a time. This is more than product support. This is a purposeful partnership helping us protect the team, support the mission, and remind people they are never alone. Thank you, @shokzusa , for saying less and doing more. For those who keep going.

Life gets messy. It gets uncomfortable. It gets weird. But a lot of the things that matter most are found on the other side of showing up, staying open, and saying yes. In this clip, Sam talks about building real community and why if you want a village, you have to be willing to be a villager. This year’s 2026 relay runner, Sam Linnemeyer, is joined by last year’s relay runner Keegan Martin and others at White Rock Lake for a 100 mile day in support of our annual Dallas to Austin Relay. Sam and Keegan both know what it’s like to fight for their life. They’ve lived through addiction, done the work of recovery, and found a way to turn pain into purpose. Today is them showing what it looks like to keep going, out loud, so someone else feels less alone and takes the next step. Inspiring action and possibility for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Keep going.

You don’t need it to be easy. You just need someone who won’t let you stop. For those who keep going.

When you’re in a bad place and it feels like you’re stuck, you just need something to get you moving again. Whatever gets you going, take it. Maybe it’s anger. Maybe it’s fear. Maybe it’s something messy that does not feel inspirational. In that moment, you do not need perfect motivation. You need a spark. Use what you have. Get moving again. Then along the way, adjust it. Turn it into something healthier. Turn it into a mindset that can hold you. Keep going.
