The gorgeous @shireenkadhim came down to the studio yesterday and our master trainer @omarpowerflex put both her and @luxnutritionlondon to work. Shireen wanted to focus on glutes, so we built the session around glute activation and strength, with hip openers, fascia release and lymphatic poses for a well rounded session. We finished with a delicious lower and upper body recovery massage on the plate. The universe always has a beautiful way of aligning the right people🌏✨🩵 This was one of those moments with @luxnutritionlondon Nour Kader is an Astrological Nutritional Therapist with a deep connection to her Egyptian heritage. Nour came to me wanting imagery that truly reflected who she is, why her work matters, and how the elements shape her practice. You could tell that previous teams hadn’t quite captured her essence. She trusted me enough to open up, to share her story, and to go all in on creating something soulful and grounding earth, water, wind, and fire. Even with only 1–2 hours left of sunlight (after filming an entire video!), the energy on set was calm, intuitive, creative and effortless 💅🏼 And I think you can feel the comfort, the trust and understanding in these final images. For this special project for @levislondon and @babeswblades , we made a look for @ayeshahofficial to honour her mum, taking the Arabic for mother and adapting the shape in a western style for the chaps. Was so special to bring that to life and honour her ♥️ thank you to my amazing friend @jadeangjackman for having me on this.
