Just wrapped up a fantastic Power Plate session with @georgina.jackson.sytner and her daughter today. They were definitely a little apprehensive at the start — which is completely normal when you’re trying something new — but as the session went on, you could really see their curiosity turn into appreciation for what the Power Plate can do. The gorgeous @shireenkadhim came down to the studio yesterday and our master trainer @omarpowerflex put both her and @luxnutritionlondon to work. Shireen wanted to focus on glutes, so we built the session around glute activation and strength, with hip openers, fascia release and lymphatic poses for a well rounded session. We finished with a delicious lower and upper body recovery massage on the plate.
