Just wrapped up a fantastic Power Plate session with @georgina.jackson.sytner and her daughter today. They were definitely a little apprehensive at the start — which is completely normal when you’re trying something new — but as the session went on, you could really see their curiosity turn into appreciation for what the Power Plate can do.
