The Ten Sleep training plan.
Start this plan 8-10 weeks before your trip! Ten Sleep is popular in July and August, so May is a great starting month. This plan would work well for anyone training for a trip to a location with a similar rock or climbing style as Ten Sleep, Wyoming.
Ten Sleep has a bit of variety, but the majority of the routes are technical, slightly overhanging, and pumpy, on edges and pockets. This plan comes in 2 phases, the first to build strength and capacity and the second to increase power and power-endurance. Improving your sport climbing requires development of base endurance along with strength and power. It's also important to spend time practicing on the rock using these abilities. This plan sticks to the basics and progresses over the course of 4 weeks and leads into a Phase 2 that will focus on power and power-endurance.

MY FIRST BENCHIE V9 đđđ
This grade on the moonboard has felt so entirely unattainable for years, so it was insane to finally top one today. Canât believe Iâve managed to come out post pulley feeling as strong as before..would have been nice to utilise on outdoor projects but alas itâs raining 24/7 so here we are on the board. Pull ups, 1 min on 1 min off lock off boulders and my follicular phase really came thru for me on this one đđźđşđźđđŽâđ¨âđźđ

Wow! the first work out in 7 years was able to do every exercise to an actual RPE of 7-8 with out pain!
Pain has been shutting me down on how much I could train, but tonight I was able to hit capacity without pain determining my RPE!

Been doing my volume sessions on the @kilterboard@saltpumpportsmouth .
Out of all the boards Kilter is the most pleasant for me when doing volume sessions.
This is a 7a+? about an hour half inâŚ
seemed comparatively hardđ¤ˇââď¸

Itâs training season!!
My rows are shit tonite (which is odd, theyâre my strongest exercise) , but up in weight on both front squats and shoulder press!!!
This is my 3rd of 4 resistance set (1 warmup set, 2 working weight)
At the end Iâm on a 3rd warm up set be before starting hangboard ladders.
Warming up for finger work on a non climbing day usually takes 3-4 sets; pull ups, jug hang, 30mm, 20/15mm
