This grade on the moonboard has felt so entirely unattainable for years, so it was insane to finally top one today. Can’t believe I’ve managed to come out post pulley feeling as strong as before..would have been nice to utilise on outdoor projects but alas it’s raining 24/7 so here we are on the board. Pull ups, 1 min on 1 min off lock off boulders and my follicular phase really came thru for me on this one 🙏🏼🕺🏼😇😮💨✌🏼😈
