Wanted to share a few setups and fun moments from some of my favorite projects this year. Lots of cool tools and unique setups, but without a doubt one of my favorite fixtures has become the KNOWLED F800R from @godox_gobal @knowled_global —with an honorable mention of the MG1200R. Having so much power in a lightweight 4x4 light mat style unit has been so incredible to work with. I’ve found myself leaning on this thing time and time again, whether it’s a booming a super punchy top source or just a quick one light interview when your limited on space—this thing rocks… Really amazing to see new brands pushing the space forward and making effective new tools. Excited to finally share new work for @socialagentapp This was a wonderful first collaboration with the incredible @dylanjbradshaw We shot 3 spots in 2 days with an all star team and created some really fun shots. These two vignettes were standout for me. We pulled off some really fun camera moves with crazy challenging time restraints and managed some great performances with some many young actors! Without a doubt one of the more challenging location based projects I’ve done—10+ company moves over 2 days, huge gamut of talent and story beats to hit.. multiple scenes not even shown! Had the pleasure of shooting this unique spot for @bromptonusa featuring @shantell_martin announcing their new collaboration. Such a unique moment and opportunity to help make this one happen with @tombender with a great team beside us.
