Today marks a special day for a few reasons.
Five years ago today, we embarked on the idea of Sushi Club, releasing the first Beverly Hills Sushi Club collection. It began as an idea based on what Matsuhisa means to Angeleno sushi culture — the first culinary institution in California to truly change the way we eat as a society, led by @therealnobu
When we launched that first collection and dinner, we thought it would remain a relatively small collaborative project centered around Los Angeles. We never expected it to grow into an entirely new platform, brand now expanding across 34 collections.
Over the last five years, I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world and learn from the very best in the game. I’m incredibly honored to call Nobu a friend, confidant, and mentor — a visionary beyond his years and true pioneer of his craft.

A full circle evening this past Saturday, celebrating the launch of the San Francisco Sushi Club collection, with Gap. Five years ago we set out to bring together artists and athletes through a mutual of @therealnobu 's culinary experience and this was an iconic evening celebrating that.. We took over the @gap HQ's with 60 guests, coinciding with Super bowl 60, and served a ten course omakase dinner, with a special performance by the incredible vocalist @siennaspiro ..
