While in Jamaica filming a music video for @vybzkartel , our co-founder @gwil_doe was introduced to @checky_.strapp , a musician from Craig Town, Kingston. That meeting became the starting point for the film 'A Letter to My Father.' The short film follows Checky reflecting on life growing up in Craig Town, touching on grief, fatherhood, and the strength of community. The film was self-shot by Gwilym, with people from the local community helping along the way - from recording sound to supporting the process - making it a project shaped by the place and the people in it.
