There is a particular kind of Parisian apartment that exists somewhere between history and now. Where Haussmann bones - ornate ceilings, herringbone parquet, deep panelled walls - meet a sensibility that is entirely contemporary. Where the past isn’t preserved, but reinterpreted - Eos is that apartment. Our Studio works across planning, architecture and luxury residential. This is the standard we hold ourselves to across every project. Interiors by: @herese.studio CGI by @ourstudioltd LuxuryResidential InteriorDesign ArchitecturalVisualisation CGI Archviz

From the veined red marble kitchen to the blue marble basin and rolltop bath, to the salon where an ornate ceiling rose presides over a room that feels both timeless and entirely of now - this is interior CGI at the level the design demands. Interior design by @herese.studio CGI by @ourstudioltd

This is interiors as storytelling - and our brief was to do it justice. Our Studio worked closely with @herese.studio throughout, studying every surface and light condition to ensure the CGI captured not just the design intent but the texture of the life imagined within it. “We had the pleasure of working with the beautiful team at Our Studio on this project. The way they support and understand our design is what makes them special and amazing to work with. The collaboration is fluid and efficient, and the result speaks for itself. They naturally became our favorite partners for visualisation.” More renders on the project to come …. CGI by @ourstudioltd

A new perspective on luxury living in Birmingham. ✨ Our latest CGIs for Edition Birmingham’s Centenary Tower, created for Select Property, showcase a series of elevated amenity spaces designed to redefine city living. From the yoga studio and golf simulator to the Sky Lounge and wellness facilities, these environments were carefully crafted to communicate a sense of calm, refinement and exclusivity. Through considered lighting, materiality and atmosphere, each image highlights how texture, tone and detail combine to express a truly high-end residential experience. With over 23,000 sq ft of wellness-led amenity space, Edition sets a new benchmark for the city – including Birmingham’s first residential swimming pool, skyline fitness spaces and a collection of social environments designed for modern lifestyles. Demand has already been exceptional, with all 149 apartments in the first tower, Park Residence, now sold out, marking a major milestone for the development. A new standard for luxury living in Birmingham. @selectpropertyglobal @spheregroupuk

Architecture that begins with experience. We’ve recently collaborated with @studiohoodless on their project for The British School of Brussels, creating CGIs designed to communicate not just how the building looks, but how it feels. From early conversations through to planning and investment presentations, the visuals helped tell a human-centred story about arrival, learning and everyday experience across the campus. “For Brussels the CGIs have been invaluable to communicate the strategy, ‘architecture that begins with experience’. We showcased this at investment conferences to explain to those that prepare budgets where we believe the money should be spent. Although the building does look great, it’s more about how it feels being a human/student, teacher, parent when you arrive, inside and outside. Your CGIs capture this perfectly.” Great collaboration, a clear vision, and a project now moving forward following planning success.

@embassyvillagemcr is a powerful example of what clear vision and collaboration can achieve. Delivered by @embassyvillagemcr the project transforms underused land beneath the railway arches near the River Irwell into a supportive residential community. We've been involved since 2020, providing our CGI work pro bono, helping secure planning permission, unlock funding and align partners behind a shared vision. Working with a challenging undercroft site, we focused on accurately capturing scale, materiality and atmosphere, helping stakeholders understand how the space would function and feel. “The CGI images you produced for Embassy Village have been absolutely critical to us raising the funds for it. I would go as far as to say that we couldn’t have secured some of the corporate and grant funding without them.” Sid Williams We’re genuinely humbled and honoured to have contributed to something of this significance. Seeing what was once a visualisation now built as imagined is incredibly special. Manchester is leading the way in tackling homelessness - and we hope Embassy Village becomes a model that can be replicated globally. The visuals supported fundraising, planning discussions and wider engagement, giving confidence that the scheme was both viable and deliverable. Seeing the completed development closely reflect those original images reinforces the value of well-considered visualisation, not just as marketing, but as a tool to move projects forward. We’re proud to have contributed to a scheme with genuine social impact.

We’re excited to share our latest work for Downing - creating the planning, consultation and marketing CGI for the proposed Nelson Street development in Bristol’s city centre. The project will transform a brownfield car park into a 12-storey PBSA scheme delivering 331 high-quality student bedrooms alongside active ground-floor uses and public realm improvements. A Place that Connects The proposals prioritise accessibility and movement: 🛣️ Widened pedestrian footpaths and first-floor outdoor terraces 🚴‍♂️ New cycle lane along All Saints’ Street 🚌 Enhanced bus routes on Fairfax Street 🌳 Improved connections supporting Bristol’s 2030 carbon neutrality goals 🚫 A car free development A Place that Grows Designed to give back to the city: ☕ Ground floor spaces for shops, cafés and community uses 🌳 Street trees and green roofs improving biodiversity 🦶 Public realm investment boosting footfall in Broadmead By concentrating student housing in the city centre, the scheme helps reduce pressure on residential areas, freeing up family homes and creating a more balanced housing mix. Our visuals help communities and stakeholders understand how Nelson Street can become part of Bristol’s living fabric - accessible, sustainable and human-centred.
