We were delighted to celebrate their achievements at a special award ceremony today hosted by our adopter partner AEW Architects @aew_architects
Pupils proudly presented their architectural designs and enjoyed an exciting tour of the AEW offices. Their Google SketchUp Total Ninja 3D designs were brought to life in VR headsets, allowing them to walk around and experience their creations in virtual reality — an unforgettable experience! 🥽✨

🎉 Big news at Manchester Business Park with Horizon given the go-ahead.
The 115,000 sqft development for @askrealest , will deliver 9 light industrial units close to Manchester Airport. The approved design responds to a changing market demand whilst respecting the sites commercial and residential context.

On the eve of the The @thessauk Conference, it felt like the perfect opportunity to share one of our latest planning submissions: Park Royal, Ealing.
This self‑storage scheme, at 26 Park Royal Road, is set to become one of London’s tallest. The project has involved a reserved matters application, building on an outline consent prepared by others. Our proposals refine the approved scale, massing and design to deliver a more efficient and coherent building.

🥾 Our team are making their return to the Cumbrian Challenge 2026, raising funds for @walkingwiththewounded .
17 members of staff, spread across four teams, will take on the challenge and help raise much needed funds for the charity. Our teams will either take on “The Tough” a 22km course with a 1,140m ascent or the “Tougher” a 27km course with a 1,570m ascent.

With construction complete on our first Passivhaus project - Parkmount, Harpurhey for MSV Housing - we’ve reflected on what we’ve learned. The key takeaway? Passivhaus isn’t just a design choice - it’s a fundamental shift in how buildings are conceived, coordinated and delivered from day one.
With the Government’s Future Homes and Buildings Standard set to require all new homes to be “zero-carbon ready”, the lessons from schemes like Parkmount are more important than ever.
