Alongside @houseofsocial_mcr , due to arrive @firststreetmcr in summer, we’re official supporters of the MJF Opening Weekender which takes place from 16th – 18th May.
The weekender features 26 live bands across 3 stages, all designed to shine a spotlight on the very best homegrown contemporary jazz artists and rising stars.
Family-friendly activities include crafting by the incredible @plant_mcr , music sessions with @littlegroovers1 , an interactive Alice in Wonderland show, and free yoga sessions.

Fantastic news for our @firststreetmcr scheme in Manchester this week as the Government Property Agency (GPA) has confirmed it has accepted the handover of its new hub. 🗞️
Plot 9a, the new nine-storey c12,000 sq m building completed by @bamukandireland is now ready for the internal fit-out to commence. The hub is set to accommodate around 2,600 civil servants from various government departments once fully operational.
Our Managing Director, John Hughes, said: “Bringing the GPA Hub to practical completion is a huge testament to our commitment to driving sustainability in the workplace sector. By achieving a NABERS 5.5 Design for Performance rating – the first building in Manchester City Centre to reach this milestone – supports the high ambitions set by HM Government.”

This scheme is @salford_council flagship office block development and following a recent confirmation of National Highways Agency relocating, we can celebrate 100% tenancy reached.
The project has attracted key tenancies from the likes of @deloitte , XPS Group, @aecom and Ridge, as well as flexible workspace partners @xandwhyspace the National Highways Agency deal is the last piece of the tenancy jigsaw.
Developed as a joint partnership between Ask Real Estate, Tristan Capital Partners and Salford City Council, 100 Embankment benefits from a fantastic location, stunning views, great transport links, as well as a raft of quality facilities including the hugely popular roof terrace.

A local charity, 53two provides accessible theatre and arts across Greater Manchester, as well as a bar, café, workspace, and studio in the heart of the city.
We are delighted to have played a small part in bringing this amazing venue to the city!

We’re pleased to share that our Tower Works scheme in Leeds has been shortlisted for a Constructing Excellence award in the Residential Project of the Year category.
This build-to-rent scheme is part of the Holbeck Urban Village renovation area, part of the ongoing Leeds South Bank regeneration plans, and is a sensitive restoration of a former industrial site which now features 245 city living homes.
The development is owned by @legalandgeneral and was built by @wearemcalpine on behalf of Ask and Richardson, in conjunction with Homes England.
Back in September Tower Works scooped the Residential Development of the Year (more than 100 homes) at the Insider Media Yorkshire Property Awards, and earlier this year secured Residential Development of the Year at the regional @ricssurveyors awards.
