Stills for @freeflyapparel , from a project following @fly__high_eli + family around the Everglades. This trip was a reminder to see the world from a kidsâ point of viewâ free of ego and full of joy. Thanks Eli and family for the memories!
Grateful to work alongside @camden.miller@missionranchstudios on this one, check out the short film, Family Business on YouTube
Special thanks to @turtleboxaudio
Memories from a few weeks of Peruvian solitude this summer, shared with @allen_stoltzfus_ and @tinomartirano on an unsuccessful attempt of PirĂĄmide. Words canât describe what it feels like to be beneath these giants of the Andes.
Part 1
Some of the good times from sailing 500 nautical miles with @cole_harmening and @nate_stephensonn . Unforgettable adventure with all the right ingredientsâ scoring a mystery wave in the middle of nowhere and eating Yellowtail sushi burritos for dinner to name a couple.
Shot for @freeflyapparel
Everything you need, nothing you donât for sailing 500 nautical miles from Loreto, Baja to Puerto Vallarta. â
â
Friend of Free Fly, @jamesbarkman gives us a glimpse into his latest offshore adventure.â
â
âMy friend @cole_harmening is a full-time sailor who has lived on his boat for most if not all of his adult life. He invited me and @nate_stephensonn to help crew on the journey and hunt for a mythical offshore island wave. Did we find it? Stay tuned.â
In 2018 I spent almost 4 months in Peru, climbing my brains out in the Cordillera Blanca range. I think itâs my favorite country on earth and Iâm beyond jazzed to head back there next week for more alpine escapades.
@rapha_n_america sent me on a photo assignmentâ to find @antonkrupicka in the desert & document his project: a self supported, 3+ week mission to bike pack and climb some of the more iconic routes & peaks of the Southwest.
Itâs hard to get a scale for this level of athleticism much less do it justice with a few images, but I got a kick out of watching him hop back on his bike a few minutes after soloing Baboquivari Peak.
What struck me about Anton is that he does all of this for the sake of it. Itâs obvious thereâs no hidden ego or pursuit of accolades; he loves to run, bike, and climb and heâll do it whether anyoneâs watching or not.
I was just trying to watch, document, and keep up with him without blowing out the suspension on my rental truck in the process.
Check out the story written by Anton and a few more of my images on Raphaâs site. Link in bio.
