@malcolmfontier here, my wife and I just got back from three weeks in Patagonia. It was a trip I had been dreaming of doing for a long time and the rugged landscape did not disappoint. And it really put our gear to the test. I wrote about the trip on our site: what I brought and what I should have left behind. When you do a long carry-on only trip, what are your must-have items? If you’ve ever emptied your entire bag just to find one thing, it’s time to Knoll your gear.
