Palm Shores Construction Update
Major progress on site since our last construction update.
The 3.5-level basement excavation is now complete, with a sophisticated dewatering system commissioned to allow excavation 12 metres deep - reaching 8 metres below the water table. The raft blinder, basement waterproofing membrane, and lower raft slab have also now been installed, forming the structural base of the building.
Up next: tower crane installation, basement suspended slabs and shotcrete walls, along with procurement of the façade and interior finishes. The ground level slab is currently forecast to be poured in mid-May.
Strong momentum as the project continues to take shape.

76% of female engineers in Australia were born overseas
Verdict? We’re not at peak DEI yet.

-We must start inspiring kids early
-Flexible work, parental leave & rejecting bias are critical
