The use of AI has allowed Plus Studio to develop AdaptAbility in a way that would have been previously impossible. The platform draws on live data and our decades of hands-on adaptive-reuse experience in Melbourne to evaluate not only whether a building can be converted, but what residential outcome it is best suited for.

A church that's served its community for generations is about to serve it differently.
The State Significant Development approval for 461 Chapel Road clears the way for 185 social and affordable homes, new ministry facilities, and childcare, all in a project that earns its footprint. Working alongside Sustainable Development Group and Sydney Anglican Property, we've designed a building that extends the church's relationship with its community rather than replacing it.
As SAP Chief Executive Ross Jones says: "St Paul's has been serving the local community of Bankstown for generations and this project can open a new chapter in that relationship for generations to come."

GOOD WORK, ACKNOWLEDGED • Exchange Tower Lobby, WA
The @propertycouncil has named the Plus Studio-designed Exchange Tower Lobby a finalist for Best Commercial Fit Out or Redevelopment; a fantastic result for Centuria Capital Group and the whole team.
We were proud to play our part. The Exchange Tower Lobby needed to do more for Perth's business community: somewhere to meet, retreat, and gather, without erasing the identity of a well-known building. Stone and marble anchored new timber, greenery and acoustic treatments. The palette stayed raw, and the lobby came alive.

PERSONAL, BY DESIGN
When you can scroll past a thousand images of the same interior without spending a cent, the object stops meaning anything. Status has moved. And architecture and interior design is one of the few places it has moved to.
Director Danny Juric writes about what that shift looks like from the inside — clients arriving with lives instead of mood boards, homes designed around recovery routines and privacy requirements, and a record-breaking penthouse on the Gold Coast where the first conversation after the sale was about starting again from scratch.

Sunlight finds the grain in warm oak and the cool touch of travertine. Brushed nickel glints beneath warm shadows. Soft sheers and native foliage layer texture over tone. Grounded and light.
