🚧 Breaking Ground on Something Big!
AMS Constructions is excited to announce the award and project commencement of a major new development in Armstrong Creek!
Building on our proven experience in delivering complex retail and commercial precincts, this latest project will include a @woolworths_au supermarket and its associated fit-out!
Additionally, the development will include a dedicated drive-thru for click-and-collect services and 11 specialty retail tenancies, with lettable areas up to 1,100m².
We have already made great progress on site, with major earthworks nearing completion and preparations underway for structural works next week.
We look forward to working closely with all stakeholders to deliver this landmark development for the Greater Geelong community!

🛒 Internal fit-out for @woolworths_au Supermarket now underway
We’re also pleased to have reached an important milestone, with Separable Portion 1 — part of the new carpark to support the existing centre — now completed and handed over! 🚗✅
Across the site, works are continuing to move full steam ahead, including progress on the specialty retail tenancies and external areas. It’s fantastic to see the development coming to life piece by piece! 🔨

Big milestone on site 👷♂️🏗️
We successfully installed the lightweight structural steel roof for our Bayswater QSR project, lifting it in two sections via crane onto the wall frames.
By assembling the roof at ground level before lifting, we significantly reduce the need for working at heights. This approach not only improves efficiency but, more importantly, enhances safety for our team by minimizing risk exposure.
It’s a great example of how smart planning and modern construction methods can deliver safer, faster, and more controlled outcomes on commercial projects.
Another strong result on site, with the team executing a safe, efficient and well-planned lift from start to finish.

AMS Constructions is proud to announce the completion of the final stage of our 4-stage mixed-use development at Epsom Village – a key retail precinct in regional Victoria.
The project included:
🏗️ Construction of @carlsjrau , @danmurphys , and @dominos_au
🏬 Delivery of multiple multi-tenancy retail buildings
🏢 A major upgrade to the existing shopping centre façade
🚗 Refurbishment of existing carparks and infrastructure, including new Woolworths Click & Collect bays
🛍️ Upgrades to the internal mall foyer and amenities
🛣️ Construction of a new slip lane to Midland Highway and upgrades to the main traffic signals
This was a complex project delivered across multiple stages, involving works around trading stores and intricate roadworks – all while ensuring minimal disruption to retailers and customers.
Epsom Village is now home to a vibrant mix of retailers, including @chemistwarehouseaus , @woolworths_au , @therejectshop , @aldiaustralia , and many more – creating a modern destination that supports the needs of the growing Bendigo community.
