DGA Friends, please consider casting a vote for my episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds on the TV Dramatic Ballot. This is a very special episode that sets Star Trek canon by putting Kirk in the Captain’s Chair for the first time. There are also important themes of leadership, empathy and sustainability that make the episode an “instant classic.” Voting ends January 5 and my episode is called “The Sehlat Who Ate Its Tail” beautifully written by @billwearsties and @reed_dave The episode also is the beginning of what has become the iconic friendship between Kirk and Spock, with tremendous performances by @paulwesley and @ethangpeck Thank you so much to @ajgoldsman1629@alonsomyers and @widgetfactoryco for having me back to direct such a profound and timely episode. @directorsguild@dga.wsc@dgagreen #startrek @startrek@strangenewworlds@startrekonpplus
