New lighting, new energy ✨
We had the pleasure of redesigning the lighting for Cushman & Wakefield’s lobby and amenity spaces across 14,000 SF on Floors 1 & 13 of 555 17th Street.
🌿 Floor 13: Conference rooms and an indoor/outdoor patio with layered lighting that flexes from focused work to after-hours unwind with windows that open to get fresh air!

For Civitas’s renovated tenant improvement on level 17 of 555 17th Street, the lighting was designed as an architectural layer that guides occupants from arrival through collaboration and focus. Soft cove illumination traces curved ceiling forms to create a calm ambient foundation, while integrated accent lighting and sculptural decorative fixtures add rhythm, depth, and human scale. Conference and meeting spaces balance indirect glow with precise task lighting to support comfort, clarity, and visual performance. Throughout the workplace, lighting reinforces materiality, softens transitions, and supports a range of work modes—resulting in a cohesive, people-centered environment aligned with Civitas’s design ethos.
Two days at Lightovation in Dallas and 10,000 steps a day later - totally worth it. Loved seeing the stunning new 2026 collections from so many amazing brands. Can’t wait to start seeing some of these on future projects soon! ✨
Today we spent time on site at Bluff Lake Nature Center, reviewing both the interior and exterior lighting throughout this incredible urban wildlife refuge. 🌿
Tucked right into the heart of Denver, Bluff Lake is a rare and peaceful oasis with 123 acres of native wetlands, prairie, and riparian habitat filled with wildlife, birds, and wide-open skies. It’s a place designed for learning, reflection, and connection to nature, and the lighting plays a critical role in supporting that mission. The panoramic view is breathtaking!
Our focus was on thoughtful, low-impact illumination that enhances safety and wayfinding while protecting dark skies and preserving the natural habitat—for both visitors and wildlife. Projects like this are a reminder that good lighting should serve the environment, not overpower it. Grateful to be working in spaces that truly matter! @shape_architect@studiosuperbloom@howellconstruction 🔌 by All Tech Electric
Cullen family night at the soft opening of @moodswing in Denver, a project we’ve worked on for a few years now. It’s an expansive former warehouse that has been revamped into a fun, lively space for pickleball, live music, coffee, bars & amazing food. Perfect for the whole family. The kids loved the fun wallpaper through out. Go check it out!
In 2022, we joined a design team set out to create this French Country retreat nestled in the Colorado foothills. It was brought to life by a dedicated team and guided by our client & Interior Designer’s beautiful vision. Professional photos will be available in 2026, but until then, enjoy the best that an iPhone can do. 😉
The contractors brought @tuckerjohnsonarch design & our lighting specs to life with flawless execution. Thank you @rangelinehomes for your great attention to detail on this project!
