🏢 Kutak Rock’s New Workplace 🏢
After several decades in the same Denver office, Kutak Rock is embracing change with a brand-new office space! Working with Stantec and Clic Design Studio, Kutak Rock signed a lease for the top 2 floors at the Davita II Tower. This move represents a reduction of nearly 30,000 SF from their current space, focusing on efficiency and modernization.
The new space’s design is all about functionality and comfort. Antiquated spaces like the law library and records rooms are being right-sized, with the new library transformed into a comfortable lounge with bookshelves. This lounge is set to become a favorite space, competing with the couch for staff’s attention as they return to the office.
One of the key features of the new design is the standardization of attorney and paralegal offices to a uniform size, both interior and perimeter. This standardization ensures equitable and efficient use of space. Additionally, off the main reception area, there’s a spacious hospitality space and conferencing center. The walls in the conferencing center are operable, making the space adaptable for various functions.
The hospitality space is a highlight, offering breathtaking views and plenty of natural light. It features a range of seating options, sparkling water, beer taps, and an espresso machine—perfect for both work and relaxation. To enhance connectivity between floors, a new connecting staircase has been added, linking the hospitality space and the work lounge.
This project was a collaborative effort with Stantec, resulting in a modern, efficient, and inviting workspace for Kutak Rock. Cheers to new beginnings! 🌟

We’re proud to share the completion of a new office for The Harris Law Firm inside the iconic Granite Building in Larimer Square - Denver’s first designated historic district. Built in 1882, this space provided the perfect backdrop for a modern transformation.
Exposed brick, restored columns, warm wood flooring, custom millwork, stone surfaces, and layered lighting-paired with abundant natural light-create an elevated, welcoming environment that reflects the firm’s refined, client-focused approach.
