Respecting the plan only works when every team member is willing to speak up, slow down, and choose the safer path - every time. No shortcuts.
Creating a culture where workers feel empowered to use Stop Work Authority and communicate openly helps prevent serious injuries and eliminate STCKY (Stuff That Can Kill You) hazards before they become incidents.

A new chapter for Tavernetta—one of Denver’s most distinguished restaurants—unfolds through a collaborative expansion with Frasca Hospitality Group, Continuum Partners, Tweed Studio, and i2 Construction.
The refreshed space features wood slat ceilings, upgraded millwork, enhanced bar details, plaster wall finishes, and new paint. Strategically scoped in close coordination with the architect to streamline approvals, the transformation was completed in just four weeks while the restaurant remained open, minimizing disruption to daily operations.

SpringHill Suites in Westminster had a remodel that transformed both interior and exterior spaces with modern finishes. Upgrades spanned the lobby, bar, breakfast area, meeting rooms, fitness center, and pool, alongside exterior enhancements including a new patio, porte cochere, landscaping, basketball court, and fresh paint. This year, we’re proud to support Food for Thought Denver, a nonprofit dedicated to ending childhood hunger across our community. Each Friday, volunteers pack and deliver “PowerSacks” filled with shelf-stable meals - Ensuring that the last meal a child receives at school on Friday isn’t their last until Monday. With 1 in 7 children facing food insecurity in Colorado, their work provides not only nourishment, but stability and hope for thousands of students and families.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and 144 golfers, last year’s tournament raised $71,200 for LEAPCare - And this year, we’re aiming even higher to support children in our community.
