Fall prevention starts with a detailed rescue and recovery plan. Before work begins, signage, barricades, and controlled access zones must be in place, and workers must be properly tied off with a full-body harness. Every detail is coordinated to keep crews safe.

This past weekend, we partnered with @rebuildingtogetherdca for National Rebuilding Day, an initiative that brings volunteers together to revitalize communities by providing critical home repairs to neighbors in need.

We loved opening our doors for Bring Your Kids to Work Day and giving the next generation of rand* builders a hands-on look at what we do. There was plenty of curiosity, a little sawdust, and a lot of fun. From testing out tools and gearing up in PPE, to a scavenger hunt around the office, relay races, and building birdhouses, this crew got a real taste of the craft.
It's safe to say the future of construction is in good hands.

Our team was honored to attend the @ShelterHouseInc Changing Lives Benefit Luncheon and support their mission of providing safe housing, support services, and hope to those experiencing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence in Northern Virginia.
