At Tower Electric, we’re always looking for ways to work smarter, improve efficiency, and better support our field teams, and our Prefabrication department continues to push that forward.
One example is the development of our H1/H2 Home Run Box Breakdown system. By prefabricating conduit within the box, securing routing ahead of time, and coordinating layouts before installation even begins, our teams are able to reduce guesswork in the field and keep projects moving efficiently.
This level of innovation takes planning, communication, and teamwork between prefab and field operations. It’s not just about saving time; it’s about creating cleaner installs, improving coordination, and continuously raising the standard for how we build.

When emergencies happen, response matters. 🚨
Our 24/7 Service & Maintenance team was recently called to Rose Hospital to address a hazardous light pole situation.
The team quickly developed a plan, utilizing a spider lift crane positioned on top of the garage and rigging straps to safely secure, lift, and lower the pole without incident.
Proud of our crew for stepping up, thinking through the challenge, and executing the work safely and efficiently.
