Established on January 19, 1996, Waner Construction proudly celebrates its 30th year in business today—a significant milestone built on strong values, an unwavering commitment to quality, and trusted relationships.
Founded by Tim Waner in a small storage conversion in Highlands Ranch, the company’s beginnings were modest. Over the past three decades, however, Waner Construction has grown steadily under Tim Waner’s enduring vision and guiding philosophy: “Do the right thing.” This principle has consistently shaped our approach to business and continues to define who we are and how we build.
As the company moves forward, this philosophy remains central to our daily operations. Each day, we ask ourselves a simple but powerful question: What Would Tim Waner Do?—a reminder that integrity, accountability, and doing what is right remain at the core of our decisions.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our dedicated staff, valued clients, trusted trade partners, and the communities we serve for their continued support and confidence throughout this journey. As we reflect on the past 30 years with pride, we look ahead with optimism and confidence toward the opportunities of the future.
Last week, an important milestone took place at Tall Tales Ranch. HomeAid Colorado hosted a Kick Off event onsite for the construction and building teams who will be helping bring our community to life. These partners gathered to walk the property, review the plans, and align on the next steps as we move steadily toward the start of construction.
The tone of the day reflected something we’ve been working toward for years: we are entering the final phases before building begins.
Waner Construction has now submitted permit applications, key engineering steps are wrapping up, and the teams involved in this project are preparing for the upcoming construction process. There’s still important work to do, but the momentum is real, and we can finally see this community beginning to come to life.
