A Letter (of love) : Sometimes you meet someone and all of a sudden you understand you’ve known them your entire life or maybe across many lifetimes.
It feels like a gentle glitch in time, something that shouldn’t quite make sense and yet feels deeply familiar. You recognize them in the books you both love, in the art that moves you, in the way their words echo thoughts you never said out loud but always carried inside.
It’s that quiet, almost sacred feeling of remembering someone you are only just meeting, as if the universe briefly forgot to erase the memory between your souls.
Sometimes it happens in a Scottish forest by a loch… and stays with you, no matter where in the world you are.
Anna & Val xx
“She was struggling to find, from inside the cage in which she was enclosed, a way of being all her own, that was still obscure to her.”
— Elena Ferrante
