Mgeni rasmi katika tukio hilo alikuwa ni Mhe. Edward Mpogolo @mpogoloe ) Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Ilala ambaye kwa kutambua mchango na faida ya Uni Ladies Gala amekabidhi cheti cha heshima kwa Mwenyekiti wa Kamati ya Maandalizi Clothilda Bukagile (@__cybertron_ ) kwa ufanikishaji wa jambo hilo kubwa.
