very excited to have new work in ENSEMBLE PARK #2, a journal of experimental human+computer writing, edited by kyle booten and @katyilonka π‘Šπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘’π‘Ÿ 𝐢𝑦𝑐𝑙𝑒 is composed of the residues of a series of recursive and somewhat antagonistic entanglements with technological entities. Guided by the ghosts of Ursula Franklin and Ursula K. π’Žπ’Šπ’„π’“π’/π’„π’π’”π’Žπ’/π’π’π’ˆπ’Šπ’„ πŸ«§πŸ•―οΈπŸ’Ώ an eight-channel screen sculpture and interactive altar installation for ./ΚŸα΄α΄„α΄€ΚŸ_ᴍᴇᴍᴏʀʏ: κœ±α΄κœ°α΄› κœ±Κκœ±α΄›α΄‡α΄κœ±, a group exhibition on ritual, memory + the digital self, april 17–19, 2026 @grayareaorg The eight computational poems featured in π’Žπ’Šπ’„π’“π’/π’„π’π’”π’Žπ’/π’π’π’ˆπ’Šπ’„ were hand-coded by Helen Shewolfe Tseng, each one within 2048 bytes of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, originally for publication by Taper, a browser-based literary journal for tiny computational pieces. The works draw from the ba gua, the phases of the moon, shapeshifting nine-tailed foxes, star charts, wheels of fortune, incense offerings, mourning rituals, wind phones, the minor arcana, zodiacal calendars, lyric games, instructional performances, naturalist field observations, ambient soundscapes, mythical bestiaries, and the archetype of the trickster, engaging computational logic to express durational, divinatory, and devotional experience.
